Os murais desta conta — as grades de câmeras que a central montou para o operador olhar.
Mural é uma seleção curada, feita por gente: “Portaria”, “Ronda Noturna”, “Perímetro”. É o que você desenha na tela da portaria, em vez de inventar um agrupamento a partir de filtros.
device_count é a contagem do que esta chave veria ao abrir o mural. Uma
chave recortada a um cliente vê um número menor que a central vê no mesmo mural,
e os dois números estão certos.
Leitura. Criar, renomear e reordenar mural continua sendo da central: quem decide o que o operador vê na parede é quem responde pelo turno.
